LinkedIn is the most important business platform there is, and it is full of great opportunities for freelance translators to grow their solopreneur business.
It is the place to be to build a powerful network, show your expertise and land clients. And the best part of it: it is free to use.
But it also can feel quite overwhelming to get started at all, and most importantly: not throw the towel after a few weeks.

In this course we will take a look at all of these questions (and much more) and discover step by step how you can use LinkedIn to boost your freelance business and build a network that provides you regularly with the translation opportunities you seek.

Course delivery

This course is divided into 9 blocks covering different topics.

After a short introduction we will go through your entire LinkedIn profile and optimize each section of it so that it will attract your ideal customers.
We will then dive into content creation on LinkedIn (including cheat sheet for posting ideas!), followed by how to start building a powerful network that refers you to clients.

We will also develop a strategy to find and get in touch with your dream customers, without coming across as salesy or pushy.
After that, we will create your unique LinkedIn workflow that is aligned with your busy translation schedule, so that you can make sure you regularly engage with your network and get seen by your target audience.
At the end we will briefly talk about how to tweak your settings to your advantage and I will provide you with some final recommendations.

The course includes 9 worksheets, 1 template, 1 checklist and 1 cheat sheet to really help you get into action.

Each section has a short self-assessment exercise which should be completed before moving on to the next block.
