1. How many plans are there?

These are the plans available:
- Monthly Premium Plan;

2. What do each of the plans include? What courses are included in each plan?

The Premium Plan and Forever Plan give you unlimited access to all TranslaStars courses, webinars, workshops, and interviews (past, present and future).

The Forever Plan offers lifetime access to all TranslaStars courses with just one single payment and a 50% discount (on demand) to any TranslaStars University master programs and to any Localization Management Academy courses.

TranslaStars University, Localizaton Management Academy courses and Mentoring Sessions are (in general) not included in any of the plans.

3. Why are the subscription plans so affordably priced?

We want to bring value to the language community, and for our courses and training activities to help us all grow. We believe that price should not be an obstacle to learning.

Both the collaborators and creators of TranslaStars have worked hard to design plans that are affordable for everyone.

4. Can I register for several plans at the same time?

You can switch to a superior plan whenever you want, but you cannot be registered for several plans on the same platform at the same time (with the same username).

5. Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time.

6. How often do you add new content?

We are working continuously to bring new content (courses, interviews, articles, etc.) to our platform so that subscribing to one of our plans makes sense.

7. If I have purchased a course/webinar individually and I subscribe to a plan, am I able to request a refund on my course/webinar fee?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds in these cases, as the management of courses and subscription plans involves a series of costs that we are unable to recover.

8. I used a discount promotion for the first payment of my subscription plan, how much will I be charged for the subscription renewal?

If you have taken advantage of a discount promotion for the first payment of a monthly or yearly subscription plan, after the first payment cycle is completed, you will be charged the normal price (without discount) that appears on the plans description page.

9. Is it true that I have access to all courses?

Premium and Forever Plans give you unlimited access to all TranslaStars courses (past, present and future).

10. Can I still purchase a course without signing up for a subscription plan?

Yes, of course, if you prefer to purchase a course individually, you can do so without any problem.

11. Can I subscribe or unsubscribe whenever I want?
How do I subscribe and unsubscribe?
Are there any permanence clauses?

You can sign up by clicking on any of our courses or on the subscription page.

To unsubscribe, just log in to the platform on which you signed up, go to "Account" (by clicking on the "My TranslaStars" tab at the top) and click on "Unsubscribe".

There are no permanence clauses, you can subscribe or unsubscribe whenever you want.

You are free to choose the plan you want and enjoy it for as long as you want.

12. What happens if I stop paying for the plan I have subscribed to?

When you stop paying for a plan you lose access to all the courses that the plan entitles you to.

13. Do I get my money back if I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time at no additional cost (there is no permanence clause).

Unfortunately, when you unsubscribe, we cannot refund the amount you have already paid, because of the costs we incur on our side (management of the teaching platform, agreements with the payment gateway, etc.).
