You may exercise your rights of of access, restriction, data portabillity, rectification, erasure and objection at any time (email manager@translastars.com and we’ll let you know when your request has been completed).
You can also make a GDPR request via the platform so we can remove all your data. In order to do it, follow these steps:
- Log in to your TranslaStars.COM account.
You can also unsubscribe from our mailing list by sending an email with the word “unsubscribe” to manager@translastars.com or by simply clicking on "Unsubscribe" in any of the emails you have received.

If you’ve registered on our platform, your data will be used solely to manage your account (provide you with access to the platform), send you information relevant to TranslaStars, and notify you of important updates.

- Navigate to your profile page. Click on the "Edit" button under your profile picture and name in the top menu.
- Select the Notifications & Privacy or Privacy Settings tab/section.
- Go to the Advanced Privacy Settings.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Personal data access request: To receive a report or copy of all the personal data the school stores about you.
- Delete my account and forget me: To permanently delete your personally identifiable information and anonymize your history on the site, in accordance with the "Right to be Forgotten". Plese note that your account, achievements and all your information will be deleted and you won't be able to use that account anymore to access TranslaStars.
