About DANIEL
Daniel was born in Madrid. He developed an early interest in languages and, by the age of 18, he was bilingual in Spanish and English, and had some basic knowledge of a handful others. He has lived in Spain, Wales, England, and Australia, although he is (for the moment) back in Spain.
Having completed a Degree and Master’s in Chemistry, he started working as a translator in 2015. During his stay in Australia, he also became a certified interpreter and specialized mainly in legal and healthcare settings. Daniel is a member of AUSIT.
Since then, he has been working both as a freelancer and as an in-house Content and Localization Specialist and Project Manager, focusing more on technical and marketing areas. This includes app and documentation localization, as well as website SEO and advertising SEA optimization.
In his free time, he loves learning (and teaching) different languages, playing boardgames and videogames, travelling, and reading. Otherwise, you might find him using multimillion-dollar satellites to search for small treasure containers in remote areas.
