1. Services
OpenClaw Professional ("the Service") is a professional installation, configuration, and training service for the open-source OpenClaw AI assistant platform. The Service is provided by TranslaStars — Alfonso González Bartolessis, Estepona, Malaga, Spain ("the Provider").
The Service includes, depending on the plan selected:
- Installation of OpenClaw on the Client's personal computer (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Configuration of up to four pre-built agents (Main, Content, Email, and Calendar) on the Provider's OpenClaw instance.
- Integration with the Client's existing accounts (email, social media, calendar, etc.).
- A 30-minute remote training session (via TeamViewer) to enable the Client to manage their agents independently.
- Post-installation support as specified in the selected plan.
2. Payment
The fee for the Service is a one-time payment as displayed on the pricing section of this page. Payment is processed securely via Ko-fi. The Provider reserves the right to update pricing at any time; the Client will be charged the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Additional agents beyond the four included in the Basic plan carry a one-time setup fee of €250 per agent if installed by the Provider. The Client may also add agents independently at no additional cost.
3. Installation Timeline
The Provider commits to complete the initial installation within approximately 48 hours of receiving the Client's completed assessment form and payment confirmation. Complex integrations may require additional time, which will be communicated to the Client promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Use a personal computer (not a company-owned machine or server). Installation on corporate equipment or remote servers is not covered under this Agreement.
- Have TeamViewer (free version) installed before the installation session — Download TeamViewer
- Provide necessary credentials and API keys for third-party services (email, social media, calendar, etc.) in a secure manner during the installation session.
- Review and approve generated content before publication. The Provider is not responsible for content published by automated agents once configured.
- Maintain the security of their OpenClaw instance, including strong passwords and up-to-date software.
5. Limitation of Liability
OpenClaw is open-source software provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Provider offers professional installation and configuration but is not liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- Content generated or published by the Client's AI agents after configuration.
- Data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches resulting from the Client's failure to follow security best practices.
- Downtime or errors caused by third-party services (API providers, hosting platforms, etc.).
6. Data & Privacy
The Client's data remains on their own infrastructure at all times. The Provider does not store, access, or process the Client's data beyond the installation and configuration phase. The Provider's handling of any data collected during the sales process (name, email, company) is governed by the TranslaStars Terms & Conditions.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the Service (installation, configuration, and training), all sales are final once the installation has been completed. If the Provider is unable to complete the installation within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estepona, Malaga, Spain.
9. Acceptance
By submitting the assessment form and/or proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Service Agreement.
