EXPERT COURSE

Crowdin Copilot end-to-end: AI translation, review, and QA inside your TMS

Three hands-on sessions inside Crowdin

The course runs as three practical sessions that put participants inside a real Crowdin project, from AI-assisted translation and Style Guide setup to visual assets and a Crowdin + Claude pipeline. Each session pairs demonstration with hands-on work on realistic content.

A market that keeps hiring

Localization skills stay in demand: the TranslaStars job board currently lists 308 open localization roles. This course shows how AI now fits into that work, and where human judgment still decides quality.

What you take away

Participants leave with a working Crowdin project configured with Copilot, a Style Guide and QA checks, two working Claude Skills they have built themselves, and a clear mental model of where Copilot adds value and where human review remains essential.

No coding required

The sessions stay practical and accessible: no coding, design or API background is required, only a free Crowdin account and familiarity with basic localization workflows.

What You Will Learn

Session 1 - Crowdin Copilot end-to-end

  • ▸Configure Crowdin Copilot for AI-assisted translation, including provider selection, glossary integration, and TM behavior
  • ▸Set up and apply a Crowdin Style Guide to enforce tone, terminology, and locale conventions across an entire project
  • ▸Run AI-driven QA checks and interpret results, distinguishing real issues from false positives
  • ▸Design a layered review workflow that combines Copilot output with human linguistic judgment
  • ▸Recognize the boundaries of Copilot: what it handles well, what it doesn't, and how to brief it for better results

Session 2 - Localizing visual assets with AI

  • ▸Write prompts that reflect local context: clothing, environment, gestures, symbolism, without stereotyping
  • ▸Handle the text-in-image problem using AI image tools and complementary techniques
  • ▸Adapt source assets across multiple markets while preserving brand consistency
  • ▸Evaluate AI-generated visuals against cultural and brand criteria
  • ▸Recognize when AI image generation is appropriate and when traditional design or photography is the better choice

Session 3 - Building a Crowdin + Claude localization pipeline

  • ▸Map the boundary between what a TMS handles natively and what needs a custom post-processing layer
  • ▸Understand what Claude Skills are, how they are structured, and why they are different from one-off prompts
  • ▸Build a customized Skill (marketing copy adapter, locale SEO optimizer, locale-norm Skill, slide deck Skill) from scratch
  • ▸Run translated TMS output through both Skills and evaluate the results
  • ▸Recognize which review and adaptation tasks are good Skill candidates and which are not
