Subscription plans - General Information

1. How many plans are there?

There are 3 types of plans available:
- Basic Plan;
- Star Plan;
- Premium Plan.

Their prices and content are the same across all our platforms (.ES, .IT and .COM).

2. What do each of the plans include? 

The Basic Plan gives you unlimited access to all webinars, workshops, and interviews on a single platform (.ES, .IT, .COM) of your choice.

The Star Plan gives you unlimited access to all MD courses, webinars, workshops, and interviews on a single platform (.ES, .IT, .COM) of your choice.

The Premium Plan gives you unlimited access to all our ProD+T, ProD+L, and MD courses, webinars, workshops, and interviews across all our platforms (.ES, .IT, .COM).

3. Why are the subscription plans so affordably priced?

We want to bring value to the language community, and for our courses and training activities to help us all grow. We believe that price should not be an obstacle to learning.

Both the collaborators and creators of TranslaStars have worked hard to design plans that are affordable for everyone.

4. Can I register for several plans at the same time?

You can switch to another plan whenever you want, but you cannot be registered for several plans on the same platform at the same time (with the same username).

5. Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can make changes to your plan whenever you want.

If you upgrade to a higher priced plan, you will be charged the difference.

If you downgrade to a lower priced plan, the difference will be deducted from your next payment.

6. Is it true that there is new content every month?

Yes, we are working continuously to bring new content to each of our platforms so that subscribing to one of our plans makes sense. This includes interviews, webinars, workshops, courses, etc.

7. If I subscribe to the Premium Plan, how do I get access to all three platforms?

It's simple. You sign up for the plan you want on the platform of your choice and, between 1 or 5 days later, you will receive a 100% discount coupon for the same program that you can use on the other platforms.

The only thing you have to do is to register on the other platforms using the 100% discount coupon when subscribing to the new plan.

Remember that this coupon is only for your use, and if you share or resell it, we will cancel your account without any compensation.

8. If I have purchased a course/webinar individually and I subscribe to a plan, am I able to request a refund on my course/webinar fee?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds in these cases, as the management of courses and subscription plans involves a series of costs that we are unable to recover.

Courses in the subscription plans

1. What courses are included in each plan?

Our plans give you access to existing and upcoming courses (without the need to purchase any of them individually).

2. Is it true that I have access to all courses on all 3 platforms (.ES, .IT and .COM)?

The Basic Plan gives you unlimited access to all webinars, workshops, and interviews on a single platform (.ES, .IT, .COM) of your choice.

The Star Plan gives you unlimited access to all MD courses, webinars, workshops, and interviews on a single platform (.ES, .IT, .COM) of your choice.

The Premium Plan gives you unlimited access to all our ProD+T, ProD+L, and MD courses, webinars, workshops, and interviews across all our platforms (.ES, .IT, .COM).

3. What are the features of the ProD+T courses in the subscription plans?

ProD+T courses work in exactly the same way as when you purchase them individually.

However, there are certain differences and requirements with subscription plans:
- the minimum amount for projects that will be assigned to you by your tutor at the end of the course must be at least 25 € (if you purchase a course individually, the minimum amount is 35% of what you have paid for the course);
- you must be registered on the Premium Plan, which includes ProD+T courses both at the beginning and during the internship (i.e., you cannot pay for one month, cancel your subscription, and carry out the paid projects for 1 or 2 further months).

4. What are the features of the ProD+L courses in the subscription plans?

ProD+L courses work in the same way as when you purchase them individually.

However, there are certain differences and requirements with subscription plans:
- to ensure the viability of the ProD+L simultaneous and consecutive interpreting courses, these courses will take place 3 times a year: starting in February, May, and September (the specific dates will be indicated by the course tutor). If you purchase one of these courses individually, you and the tutor agree on the dates of the live sessions.

5. Can I still purchase a course without signing up for a subscription plan?

Yes, of course, if you prefer to purchase a course individually, you can do so without any problem.
Registration and cancellation of subscription plans

Subscribing and unsubscribing

1. Can I subscribe or unsubscribe whenever I want?
How do I subscribe and unsubscribe?
Are there any permanence clauses?

You can sign up by clicking on any of our courses or on the subscription page.

To unsubscribe, just log in to the platform on which you signed up, go to "Account" (by clicking on the "My TranslaStars" tab at the top) and click on "Unsubscribe".

There are no permanence clauses, you can subscribe or unsubscribe whenever you want.

You are free to choose the plan you want and enjoy it for as long as you want.

2. What happens if I stop paying for the plan I have subscribed to?

When you stop paying for a plan you lose access to all the courses that the plan entitles you to.

3. Do I get my money back if I unsubscribe? 

You can unsubscribe at any time at no additional cost (there is no permanence clause).

Unfortunately, when you unsubscribe, we cannot refund the amount you have already paid, because of the costs we incur on our side (management of the teaching platform, agreements with the payment gateway, etc.).
