managing segmentation rules. The session also covers translation with preserved subtitle
structure, glossary usage, multilingual subtitle tracks, and token management for individual

The course is taught by Guilherme Gama, a language professional with 15 years of experience and a background in audiovisual translation, project management, and software development. His work has consistently explored the intersection of language and technology, including the development of custom workflow solutions and professional training initiatives.

Meet

Guilherme Gama

Guilherme Gama has 15 years of experience as a language professional, having worked as a language instructor and as a specialized translator from Portuguese into English in the marketing sector. Nearly a decade ago, he transitioned into audiovisual translation, working until 2025 in close collaboration with Little Brown Mouse, an audiovisual translation and accessibility company based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Over the years, he has worked as a translator, subtitler, and project manager, focusing on integrating technology into audiovisual translation workflows to improve efficiency and quality. He recently earned a degree in Computer Science from Unicamp, and has applied his software development skills to create custom solutions that support professional subtitling workflows.

Guilherme has long been an advocate of EZTitles as a professional subtitling solution, valuing its precision, efficiency, and alignment with industry standards.
