TranslaStars Affiliate Program

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the TranslaStars Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the TranslaStars Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

TranslaStars ("we", "us") offers training, courses, master programs and subscription plans for language and localization professionals through its platform at www.translastars.com and its brands, including TranslaStars Audio.

2. Joining the Program

• Joining the Program is free of charge.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
• By accepting this Agreement you confirm that the information you provide at sign-up is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
• We may reject or terminate any affiliate registration at our discretion, including if you engage in conduct that breaches this Agreement or harms the reputation of TranslaStars.

3. Commissions

You will earn a commission of 50% on any purchase made by a customer you refer through your affiliate link.

• There are no limitations or restrictions on which products can be sold through the Program (courses, master programs, subscription plans, TranslaStars Audio, and any other product we offer).
• There are no limits on the amount of commission you can earn.
• Commissions are calculated on the amount paid by the customer, before any processing fees (see section 6).

4. Referral Attribution and Cookies

• When a visitor clicks on one of your affiliate links, a cookie is placed on their device. You will be credited with any qualifying purchase made by that visitor within 180 days of their first visit, even if they return to our site directly.
• Referral sales are attributed to you for up to 180 days from the moment the referred person signs up on our platform. Any sale after that 180-day period will not be attributed to you.
• We are not responsible for cookies blocked, deleted, or disabled by the visitor's browser or device settings.

5. Affiliate Dashboard and Links

• Once registered, you will receive an affiliate ID and access to the affiliate dashboard, where you can see leads, sales and commissions attributed to you.
• You can generate affiliate links for specific courses, plans, pages, webinars or any other product or page on our platform. Your affiliate ID is added automatically.
• We track every page you share that includes your affiliate ID.

6. Invoicing and Payments

Commissions are paid by invoice. To receive your commission:

• Send your invoices during the first 7 days of every natural month, including the amount to be paid for the sales attributed to you from the previous month(s).
• Invoices must be legal in your country of residence and must include at least: your name and surname, your address, your European VAT number or fiscal number in your country, an invoice number, the invoice date, and the projects or sales invoiced (as detailed as possible).
• Inter-European services do not apply VAT. Please check the rules applicable to your country.
• Invoices received after the first 7 days of the month will be processed in the following month's payment cycle.

7. Payment Maturity Period

• There is a maturity period of 180 days. All invoices are paid after those 180 days from the date of the qualifying sale.
• Commissions on course and subscription plan sales are paid after the 180-day maturity period, once the corresponding invoice has been received within the monthly invoicing window.

8. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

If a customer referred by you returns or cancels an order for a refund, or if a credit card charge is reversed due to online fraud or a chargeback, we may debit your account for any commission earned on that transaction. If the commission has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from future commissions owed to you, or you may be invoiced for it.

9. Your Obligations as an Affiliate

• You agree to promote TranslaStars honestly and to not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about our products, pricing, earnings or results.
• You agree not to engage in spam, unsolicited bulk email, paid traffic fraud, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or any other practice designed to artificially generate commissions.
• You must not register trademarks, domain names or social media handles that imitate TranslaStars or its brands without our written consent.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection regulations (for example, disclosing your affiliate relationship where required).
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions generated through fraudulent or non-compliant activity.

10. Termination

• You may stop promoting the Program at any time, for any or all of our products, without commitment.
• We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
• Upon termination, you must stop using your affiliate links and any TranslaStars branding. Commissions already earned and payable under this Agreement at the time of termination will be paid in accordance with sections 6 and 7, unless the commission is subject to reversal under section 8 or was earned through non-compliant activity under section 9.

11. Liability

TranslaStars provides the Program on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranslaStars is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, nor for any loss of commission caused by technical failures, cookies being blocked or deleted, or changes to the platform.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
